Top historians frequently debate the existence of dinosaurs, however, they concur that Jesus trolled us all. Research indicates that the first April fools was observed around the year 33 A.D. To all the doubters, remember, Jesus died that same year and supposedly “rose from the dead” on Sunday. Historians would like to remind you that April fools is on Sunday, which leaves only one option: Jesus is the ultimate prankster, comparable only to the Senior Class of 2016. He just wanted to give the world a laugh, turns out everyone thought he saved them from the fires of hell. Experts of bygone and modern times alike remain split on whether Jesus intended to form religions from his pranks. Those in favor think it was pretty original, and too good to attempt again. The skeptics believe humanity formed them by taking jokes way too literally, “like of course he didn’t just come back to life. Everyone knows only zombies can do that,” one top historian explains. Either way, Christianity feels slighted by the two thousand years of lies and human sacrifices that were all for nothing. They fought wars over this, Jesus!
